Our DIRECTORS

Meet our Creative Director
— Katherine Sandford-Anderson

Katherine has always loved the design world and has 25 years of experience, expertise and passion for the industry. She founded Sandford PR in 2010 to bring creative businesses big and small a personal, boutique approach to their PR and communications on a global scale. Katherine is a DBA-accredited member and Soho House Mentor.

  • After years spent working both in-house for Designers Guild and agency-side for the likes of Camron, she uses her intricate knowledge of the sector and network of contacts to put your architecture or design business on the map. 

    She undertakes a number of industry talks and lecture roles, including teaching short courses for the KLC School of Design.

Meet our Digital Director
— Christina Clarke

Christina heads up the Sandford Digital team, developing digital and social media strategies, and activation plans and manages relations with our collaborators and influencers. With over 20 years of experience in the digital industry, Christina takes a holistic view of all clients’ online activities, working closely with the PR team to align communications.

  • Christina has previously worked as a Digital Project Manager and Project Director for over a decade, with experience running large-scale international B2B and B2C campaigns and accounts in digital advertising agencies including McCann Erickson, MRM Worldwide, Digitas London and Publicis Worldwide. 

    Christina is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has run workshops for industry bodies such as the Architecture Marketing Foundation and Decorex International.

International PR Consultant
— Cristina Belmonte

  • Cristina moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2009 after living in London for ten years. Whilst in London she specialised in global communications for the luxury market working with design, architecture, real estate and lifestyle clients at Camron and as an in-house PR consultant for some important architectural clients such as Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners , John McAslan, NBBJ, RTKL and Broadway Malyan.

    Since then Cristina has carved a niche as an incredibly well connected international PR and has worked closely with Katherine delivering global campaigns for Sandford clients since inception. She has built strong long-lasting relationships with the most influential international design and architecture journalists.

Senior Account Manager
— Miranda Smith

  • Miranda has specialised in interiors PR and brand communications since graduating from the University of Bristol. Introduced to the world of A&D by an interior designer grandmother and garden designer mother, she has turned a personal love for beautiful property and products into a career.

    Bringing her previous experience working with clients on both B2B and B2C campaigns, she knows exactly how to position your brand or personality for the target audience. Having cultivated great press contacts from her previous role, where she began her career as an intern in 2019, and has since climbed the PR ladder, she has a proven track record of driving brand awareness across print and digital channels using a range of personalised strategies.

Digital Account Manager
— Eleonora Fagnani

  • Eleonora is an Italian-born, bilingual digital marketing, social media and communications professional with a deep-rooted love for the arts, design and architecture.

    Navigating both B2B and B2C markets, she cultivates a keen interest in connecting businesses and target audiences, elevating brand visibility and building engaged communities through online strategies.

    Previously, Eleonora worked at Cromwell Place, contributing to digital marketing and communications, at Phillips Auction House, focusing on client relations and events, and at Marie Jose Gallery, driving online media and in-person audience development.

Business Support Executive
— Kate Robinson

  • Kate is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to optimise business efficiencies and processes. This includes general administration of client accounts, finance administration, HR and recruitment.

    With over 20 years’ of operational experience, Kate has a background working in different sectors to deliver business support and is highly focussed on ensuring outstanding results.
